Portraits of the kids

On Memorial Day we had new pictures taken of the kids. They are so beautiful, but I am usually biased when it comes to that. Enjoy the photos as much as I have.

Opening the pool

You know summer is hear when you open the pool. Jasmine had her 2nd annual pool party on the last day of school. Our weather has been cool so I thought she might want to cancel is because the day before the party the temp was 64. The day of the party it was 68, and the teenagers still swam.

Karina-- One month old-- Can't believe it!

The time is flying. I can't believe I have a high school daughter, a toddler, and a newborn. Sometimes I think I am getting old.

Last day of school -- May 29, 2009

Jasmine has happily finished another year of school. She is now a sophmore and Varsity cheerleader for Central High School. She is off until August 23rd, but she is taking a driver's ed course at the university that starts on Monday.

Karina's birth-- Part 2

Lance and Ally are the best of friends, and now they both have sisters that are a few months apart also.
Friends are always nice to see when you are in the hospital.

Seth was helping Lance see Karina in the basket. What a good friend!

A proud Daddy once again.

Karina is born --April 22, 2009 at 7:53am

The c-section continued as planned. Karina had no intentions of coming out. My doctor had to use the vacuum to bring her down. Needless to say, 5 weeks later I am still bruised from her. We are so blessed with perfect babies. Three children all perfect!

Lance the "Gangster"

I think he learns some of this from his sister's teenage friends.

Happy Birthday Lance!!

Ally, Lance, and Mallory having fun!

I can't believe he was 3 years old on April 11, 2009. We had a Spiderman party for him outside. He loved the pinata. I think it is strange that kids like to pummel their favorite characters. But the prize inside is their goal; I don't think they realize they are hurting their friends as kids call them. Lance is becoming such a big boy. We cannot believe how fast the time goes. Before you know it I will be crying because he will be starting kindergarten.

Dying Easter eggs

It was very comical again this year. Lance thought dying eggs was so much fun. Not only did he drink the dye, but this time he thought it was hilarious to smash the eggs also. Jas just cheered him on as usual. Happy Belated Easter!

Lance talks to the Easter Bunny!

He had a whole conversation with him!

The Surprising Baby Shower

Crystal, Jessie, Diane, and Donita were gracious enough to throw me a baby shower after I said I didn't want one. They thought that was out of the question. We had a really cute luncheon and fellowship. The gifts that everyone bought were beautiful. I am blessed with such wonderful friends.
